We do not offer refunds. Once hair is purchased if hair is unopened unworn, we will accept returns of hair that was not the intended purchase. Due to the delicate nature of hair and hygiene standards we will not accept any hair that looks like it has been opened or worn for an exchange. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Products ship within 1-3 business days. During Sales/promotions, processing times may take up to 7 business days for orders to process. Processing times for wigs can take up to 15 business days.
